Permitted Uses and Restrictions

By proceeding with the purchase of services offered by Ideas Incubator AG, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

• The user agrees to use the information obtained exclusively for personal purposes and to comply with this non-disclosure agreement.
• Confidential information means all information provided by Ideas Incubator AG to the user during the delivery of purchased services.
• The user agrees to use the information obtained through Ideas Incubator AG's services exclusively for their own trading activity and at their own risk.
• All services offered by Ideas Incubator AG are strictly educational and must not be interpreted as operational investment advice.
• Trading activity involves significant financial risk and anyone who chooses to engage in it does so under their own exclusive responsibility.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Our company's refund policy is compliant with Swiss, Italian, and US laws on digital product refunds.

Ideas Incubator AG does not accept refund requests for purchased services. Losses arising from trading activity are not attributable to our company.

Services offered by Ideas Incubator AG are digital in nature and, once downloaded, access has been granted, or they have been used, they cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable.

Instalment Purchase Policy

In the event of non-payment, the company reserves the right to suspend the service and to not permit further purchases until the outstanding balance has been settled.

GDPR and Privacy

Both parties acknowledge and explicitly accept the application of privacy and personal data protection regulations, in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Sanctions

In the event of a breach of the obligations set forth herein, Ideas Incubator AG is authorised to claim damages equal to CHF 100,000 (one hundred thousand Swiss francs), without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available by law.

This Agreement is governed by Swiss law and any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
